Occasionally, international travel is inevitable and although the Canadian Landscape is my primary photographic subject, I cannot resist bringing along my camera equipment in the off chance of witnessing some inspiring scenery.

 

Most often our international trips are to places such as Hawaii, where my spouse and I attend conferences and vacation with family. However, sometimes we just travel for pure curiosity such as a more recent trip to New York City where the nighttime street life captivated my photographic curiosity. Trips to the Canadian Arctic also frequently include segments of travel along the related Greenlandic coastline and as such make for wonderful photographic opportunities. This section is composed of an assortment of pictures created during these varied trips.
